Nepal will have its own pavilion at the 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The US Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) released the Fifth National Climate Assessment (NCA5), which describes the state of climate science and the impacts of climate change on people, communities, and ecosystems.
